To set unique permission, click Use unique permissions. In the Template Selection section, click Publishing, and then click Enterprise Wiki. On the New SharePoint Site page, type a Title and a URL name for the site. On the Site Contents page, click New+, and then Subsite, or click new subsite. On the site where you want to create an Enterprise wiki, click Settings and then click Site contents.
The following instructions show how to create an Enterprise wiki as a subsite. To enable publishing (with correct permissions), see Enable publishing features, Features enabled in a SharePoint publishing site or Enable publishing features on SharePoint 2013 or 2016.
Your site collection administrator needs to enable the SharePoint Server Publishing Infrastructure feature on the site collection to make publishing-related templates available in the site. The Publishing tab will not appear if the publishing features are not enabled at the site collection level. Sometimes the documents are even protected against this type of copying if the material is copyrighted.Important: The Enterprise wiki is on the publishing tab in the template collection. In these programs, there is usually and option to "Save as Word document." However, this usually turns out to be pretty messy and not very usable. If there is any chance at a PDF being edited or converted into Word, it would need to be done using Acrobat Pro, or another PDF writer. This is usually only the case if the text was actually typed onto the PDF document using PDF writing software as opposed to turning a text document into a PDF. Occasionally there is some editable text on a PDF. Now, there are exceptions in some cases depending on how the PDF was created. Therefore, trying to grab text off a PDF is like scanning text from a book and then trying to edit it. When a PDF is created, it is done by printing to PDF, which is actually very much like printing to a piece of paper. This is because PDFs are essentially saved as pictures unlike Word documents, which are text files. Generally speaking, converting a PDF into a Word document is not really possible.
