Also make Australia more inhospitable (more desert tiles, fewer rivers) to discourage early/mid game AI settlement. Isolate Australia and New Zealand from Southeast Asia to prevent Siam and Indonesia to dominate Australia before the Renaissance/Astronomy that allow ocean travel. Tundra + Forest is actually Boreal biome. This is to represent the true Tundra biome.
Fix tundra tiles in the Northern hemisphere to have no trees near Ice tiles up north. Other deserts now have very few Oasis tiles. Make deserts harsher, only Arabian Peninsula has a lot of Oasis tiles for Arabia to take advantage of. Also use whatever extra leaders DLL you want (28, 34, 43).
